Tender Hearts Residential was founded by Sheila Gulley in 2019. Ms. Gulley started her career as a Direct Support Professional and went on to hold multiple positions in this field including Operations Manager, ICF Manager, Qualified Intellectual Disabilities professional and Program Manager. The desire to start Tender Hearts Residential stems from Ms. Gulley’s passion to continue to make a difference in individuals lives by offering services where individuals can live independent happy and healthy lives.
